Oh. My. God. This is absolutely incredible. I mean at this point, there’s no chance fans will be at the track for opening weekend, but the guy that made this changed the game here. Gonna close down the track to spectators? Fine. He brings the track (experience) right to his backyard.
Shit, I’d pay an absurd amount of money for this set up. Surround that bad boy with picnic tables and it really isn’t much different. Not only that, but the TV also (likely) has volume too unlike the shitty ones at Saratoga; attach a bigger speaker to it and you really mean business.
Somewhat interesting story – I actually was sent this picture by a friend yesterday but was told not to post about it on social media, so this guy kinda cucked me. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed. That being said, there were some incredible replies that came out of this guy’s tweet.
Looks like the guy that built this beautiful project is named Mark Struffolino. How’d he build this thing? Guesswork. Are you shitting me?! God I wish I was more handy and creative like Mark…cause I’m going to need one of these in my backyard within the next 8 days. If Mr. Struffolino was a smart man he’d find a way to make money off this and either charge admission into his spacious backyard, or offer to build for others at an absurd premium.
Mark – congratulations. This shit is amazing and I’m absurdly jealous, but enjoy the summer and best of luck betting. For the rest of us, well…I guess we’ll have to call an audible. Where will you be watching the races on opening weekend?
